WASH Program Manager, Middle East

• Manage a water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) project including rehabilitation of boreholes, construction of sanitation structures, and community hygiene trainings.
• Lead project design, strategic vision, budget management, and oversight of WASH services.
• Recruit, lead, and develop WASH staff, providing spiritual and professional leadership.
• Coordinate with support departments and global technical advisors to ensure program quality.

This role provides clean water, sanitation, and hygiene education to vulnerable communities in the Middle East, improving health and dignity while sharing God's love.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, public health, international development, or related field with minimum two years of related experience.
• Proven management experience and experience living/working in Middle Eastern cultures preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills preferred.
