Mission
What you will drive
- Coordinate and provide substantive inputs for the development and administration of assessments (initial, rapid, in-depth) to inform project design.
- Coordinate and provide substantive inputs for the development and roll-out of monitoring and evaluation systems, including M&E plans, ITTs, and MEAL workplans.
- Supervise the correctness and effectiveness of reporting, and contribute to the development of AAP systems and digital data gathering systems.
- Lead external and internal evaluations, and promote learning exchanges and good practices sharing across missions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Masterโs or Bachelorโs degree in Economics, Statistics, Political Sciences, International Development, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEAL functions within humanitarian or development cooperation sector.
- Advanced competency in conducting assessments using qualitative and quantitative methods, and proficient use of digital data collection tools (Kobo Toolbox, CommCare, Red Rose) and visualization tools (PowerBI).
- Deep knowledge of logical framework approaches, Theory of Change, institutional donor standards (EU, UNHCR, UNICEF, UN), and the Cluster System.

Salary range: โฌ2,600 - โฌ2,800 gross per month (annual: โฌ31,200 - โฌ33,600). Contract from August to 31 December 2026 with possibility of extension. Insurance coverage. Remote work possible with 50% travel to field missions.
