Freelance Campaigns and Digital Communications Lead

• Take active ownership of RBB's digital communications and campaign delivery, creating and publishing consistent, high-quality content across priority platforms.
• Develop and deliver digital fundraising and awareness campaigns, including urgent and seasonal appeals, to grow audience, engagement, and income.
• Implement and refine the Digital Communications and Fundraising Strategy, using analytics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Manage community engagement, build partnerships with content creators and influencers, and strengthen donor relationships.

This role will amplify the voices of displaced communities, raise awareness of their needs, and mobilize support and funding for RBB's humanitarian and advocacy work, contributing to sustainable change.

• Demonstrable experience independently planning, creating, editing, and publishing multimedia content across multiple digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio of personally produced graphics, short-form videos, Reels, social media content, email campaigns, and website content.
• Hands-on proficiency in Canva and CapCut (or equivalent) and experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, WordPress, and Meta Business Suite.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end digital campaigns, strong storytelling and copywriting skills, and understanding of ethical storytelling in humanitarian contexts.

Freelance contract, approximately 3-4 days per week (24-32 hours). Initial 12-month contract with two-month review period. Fee: €12-€15 per hour (or €96-€120 per day). Pre-approved expenses reimbursed. Remote work with occasional travel. Opportunity to work with a grassroots, community-led organization.
