Job description
- In this role, you'll negotiate pre-release assessment agreements with major AI developers, covering publication rights, training restrictions, IP carve-outs and liability caps.
- Structure IP ownership, contributions and reuse rights where both sides build on SecureBio's tools.
- Review government contracts, consortium and teaming agreements, and obligations that flow down from upstream agreements.
- Own legal strategy, triage legal questions and make proportionate risk calls.
