FP&A Analyst - Pricing

• Own pricing analytics and strategy, including historical price analysis, optimization, and collaboration with sales.
• Manage Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance reporting and data analysis.
• Support monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
• Conduct market analysis for new product development and strategic initiatives.

This role drives data-driven decisions that optimize pricing and reduce environmental costs through EPR compliance, directly supporting World Centric's mission to donate 25% of profits to vulnerable communities and promote sustainable compostable products.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in pricing analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
