Founder's Associate/Chief of Staff

Lead special projects across strategy, operations, program design, and fundraising for a rapidly scaling education nonprofit innovating foundational literacy in Uganda.
- Drive 3–5 concurrent projects annually: cost-effectiveness modeling, AI tool prototyping, funder pitches, program experiments, and governance setup.
- Research funding opportunities, build funder relationships, develop tailored pitches, and represent the organization at conferences.
- Design and test program improvements: A/B testing, SMS/WhatsApp tools, AI-powered lesson-plan apps, and government implementation models.
- Develop polished external materials: pitch decks, newsletters, website content, and social media strategy; manage AI-powered communications toolkit.
- Requires 2–7 years in strategy consulting, development economics, social entrepreneurship, or startup operations; advanced Excel and AI fluency essential.
