Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and client financial management for nonprofit clients.
- Train junior accounting staff and delegate administrative tasks.
- Maintain accounts and databases using QuickBooks Online, monitor records of assets and liabilities, and perform all basic accounting procedures including month-end closing and financial statement preparation.
- Communicate with clients and staff, attend client meetings, and maintain digital backup files.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
