Final Project Evaluation of the UNESCO Project “AI Ready Flemish Public Administration”

• Conduct the final evaluation of the UNESCO project 'AI Ready Flemish Public Administration' funded by the European Commission.
• Generate findings and recommendations on the project's results in supporting AI readiness of the Flemish public administration.
• Assess project achievements, identify effective conditions and contexts, and capture lessons learned for future EU-UNESCO initiatives.

This evaluation will enhance accountability and inform future AI readiness initiatives, contributing to ethical AI policy implementation in the Flemish public administration and beyond.

• Experience in conducting evaluations of complex projects, preferably in AI, public administration, or international development.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Familiarity with EU-funded projects and UNESCO's work is an asset.
