People Operations Manager

• Oversee all People Operations for IAPS, managing hiring, compliance, performance management, team leadership, and staff experience.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring, mentor team members, and implement continuous improvements to the candidate and manager experience.
• Manage employment compliance across US and UK jurisdictions, including benefits, payroll, and vendor coordination.
• Lead the People Operations team, set priorities, and support staff professional development while maintaining organisational standards.

This role ensures IAPS can effectively hire, retain, and support top talent working on AI policy and safety, directly contributing to the organization's mission of reducing risks from advanced AI.

• Experience in people operations, HR, or related field.
