Family Partner- Educational Specialist

• Provide individual assistance and support to parents of children with disabilities regarding special education and health care access.
• Conduct training workshops for families and professionals.
• Promote parent/educator partnership and outreach to underserved communities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry.

This role empowers families of children with disabilities to navigate special education and healthcare systems, ensuring they receive appropriate services and support, thereby promoting equity and inclusion.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Lived experience with a family member affected by mental health, substance use, or co-occurring concerns.
• Knowledge of special education, healthcare, and state/local resources.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
