Expansion Principal

• Launch new Via deployments, taking full ownership to ensure every aspect is executed on time at the highest quality.
• Oversee junior team members and contribute to strategic decision-making and project planning for new markets.
• Serve as main point of contact for partners, manage product expectations, and leverage data to generate insights.

• Bachelor's Degree with record of exceptional academic achievement.
• Minimum of 5+ years of work experience.
• Effective at managing multiple tasks, independent, meticulous, and a problem solver.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated entrepreneurial achievement or leadership a plus.

Salary range: $125,000-$150,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits include free medical plans and 401K matching. Final salary determined by experience, knowledge, and skills.
