Expansion Associate Principal

• Launch new Via deployments, ensuring every aspect is executed on time at the highest possible quality.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making, project planning, and entrepreneurial approach for setting up operations in new markets.
• Serve as main point of contact for partners, helping them develop and grow on-demand transit systems.
• Manage product expectations and development, providing feedback to engineering team.

• Bachelor's Degree with exceptional academic achievement (minimum GPA 3.5-4.0).
• 3+ years of work experience.
• Effective at managing multiple tasks, independent, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving.

Salary range: $85,000-$115,000 per year. Benefits include free medical plans and 401K matching. Final salary determined by experience, knowledge, and skills.
