Lead a funder network advancing farmed animal philanthropy through strategy, member engagement, and movement building.
- Develop and implement Senterra's strategy; manage budget, fundraising, and a team of 6–7 staff.
- Build relationships with existing and new funders to grow philanthropic capital for farmed animal causes.
- Oversee member programming including monthly calls and annual retreat; serve as resource on movement issues.
- Requires substantive farmed animal movement experience with existing funder and leader relationships.
- Requires strong team management, communication, and relationship-building skills; ability to travel quarterly to monthly.
