Executive Director

• Lead fundraising and financial management to ensure long-term stability, including developing and executing fundraising strategies, cultivating donors, and managing grants.
• Provide organizational leadership by creating strategic plans, overseeing operations, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Foster coalition and political development by building partnerships across the political spectrum, engaging with media, and advancing Ranked Choice Voting in Michigan.

This role will directly advance the adoption of Ranked Choice Voting in Michigan, strengthening democratic representation and giving voters more choices and voices in elections.

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading political advocacy movements; strong preference for non-profit or political advocacy experience in Michigan and statewide ballot initiatives.
• Demonstrated volunteer management, program development, fundraising, and advocacy experience with non-profits.
• Successful and significant fundraising, financial management, and grant writing experience, with preference for securing grants over $100,000.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and promote an inclusive, non-partisan organizational culture.

Full-time remote position with flexible work schedules. Travel within Michigan required. Salary not specified.
