Mission
What you will drive
- Lead fundraising and financial management to ensure long-term stability, including developing and executing fundraising strategies, cultivating donors, and managing grants.
- Provide organizational leadership by creating strategic plans, overseeing operations, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Foster coalition and political development by building partnerships across the political spectrum, engaging with media, and advancing Ranked Choice Voting in Michigan.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading political advocacy movements; strong preference for non-profit or political advocacy experience in Michigan and statewide ballot initiatives.
- Demonstrated volunteer management, program development, fundraising, and advocacy experience with non-profits.
- Successful and significant fundraising, financial management, and grant writing experience, with preference for securing grants over $100,000.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and promote an inclusive, non-partisan organizational culture.
