Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage the Executive Director's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor and manage the Executive Director's inbox, draft correspondence, and serve as a liaison with stakeholders.
  • Assist with Board of Directors and committee meeting logistics, including scheduling and materials preparation.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and support event planning.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, nonprofit leaders, or corporate leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Salary: $60,000 - $66,000 per year commensurate with experience. Benefits include health stipend at 90 days, paid time off, and holidays. Fully remote position for U.S.-based candidates.
