Mission
What you will drive
- Manage the Executive Director's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and strategic priorities.
- Monitor and manage the Executive Director's inbox, draft correspondence, and serve as a liaison with stakeholders.
- Assist with Board of Directors and committee meeting logistics, including scheduling and materials preparation.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and support event planning.

Profile
What makes you a great fit

- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
Benefits

Salary: $60,000 - $66,000 per year commensurate with experience. Benefits include health stipend at 90 days, paid time off, and holidays. Fully remote position for U.S.-based candidates.
