What you will drive
Conduct a mid-term evaluation of the project “Fostering Positive Social Transformations in AlUla” to assess progress, effectiveness, and alignment with objectives.
- Apply theory-based evaluation and mixed-methods approaches to analyze project outcomes.
- Engage with local stakeholders, youth, and community groups to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Produce evidence-based findings and recommendations to inform project improvements.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Advanced university degree in social sciences or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience evaluating large-scale projects, preferably in the Arab region.
- Proven expertise in theory-based evaluation, mixed-methods, evaluation matrices, triangulation, and OECD-DAC criteria.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic fluency desirable.
