Mission
What you will drive
- Lead delivery of coaching, consulting, and networking services to strengthen capacity for creative aging programs.
- Manage a portfolio of 10–12 concurrent capacity-building projects, assessing client needs and coordinating resources.
- Oversee the Creative Aging Collaborative (Co-Lab), a national virtual peer-learning network.
- Recruit and support a diverse roster of coaches, consultants, and subject matter experts.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience leading or administering creative aging, arts learning, healthy aging, or related programs serving older adults.
- Experience managing client relationships, partnerships, and project-based staff or consultants.
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools like Asana, HubSpot, Airtable, or similar.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills in a remote environment.
