Data Manager

• Support Salesforce administration including configuration, data entry, bulk uploads, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
• Drive a strong data-driven culture by owning and resolving Salesforce support tickets, creating documentation, and providing training.
• Oversee external data collection and program application processes, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce and FormAssembly.

This role empowers Repair the World to leverage data for maximum impact, enabling the organization to mobilize Jewish communities for social change and track progress toward one million acts of service by 2030.

• 3+ years of professional experience including 1+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration including configuration, data modeling, reporting, and integrations.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical jargon into user-friendly language.
• Experience with project management tools like Monday.com or ClickUp preferred.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually.
