Mission
What you will drive
Conduct a final evaluation of the ADA-funded humanitarian project HOPEfT in Tigray, Ethiopia, focusing on:
- Assessing OECD-DAC criteria of Relevance and Effectiveness, with emphasis on MHPSS services and their interlinkages with other humanitarian interventions.
- Evaluating Listening Units providing psychosocial support and trauma counselling for conflict-affected populations and survivors of SGBV.
- Conducting field visits to project locations (Mekelle, Adigrat, Adwa, Shire) and performing interviews, focus group discussions, and document reviews.

- Qualified evaluator or evaluation team with experience in humanitarian project evaluation.
