Needs and Readiness Assessment

• Design and implement a qualitative and quantitative needs assessment to understand local NGOs' requirements for digitalizing supply chain management.
• Lead semi-structured interviews and surveys with local and national organizations, ensuring structured data collection.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and insights related to operational capacity and digital readiness.
• Prepare a comprehensive final report with recommendations and present findings at a final workshop.

This consultancy helps local and national NGOs digitalize their supply chains, improving efficiency and effectiveness of humanitarian aid delivery, ultimately reaching more people in need.

• Proven experience in needs assessments, qualitative research, and data analysis.
• Strong experience conducting semi-structured interviews.
• Experience working with NGOs, humanitarian or development actors.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
