Engineer

Build and scale AI Village, a livestreamed platform where frontier AI agents pursue long-term goals, while studying emergent agentic capabilities and behaviors.
- Develop full-stack infrastructure for AI Village: agent deployment, monitoring, chat systems, and livestream integration.
- Design and build intuitive interfaces for running experiments and visualizing agent behavior over multi-hour sessions.
- Contribute to research on long-horizon agentic capabilities, emergent dynamics, and AI model behavior analysis.
- Requires strong full-stack engineering skills, experience with LLMs, and independent problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.
- Deep interest in AI safety and capability research essential; UX design or technical writing skills a plus.
