Engagement Manager

Lead end-to-end paid advertising campaigns to recruit talent and disseminate research for high-impact organizations addressing critical global problems.
- Meet with clients to understand goals and context, set campaign strategy across audiences and channels, own creative and messaging, and iterate based on performance data.
- Partner with internal Campaign Manager and specialists to launch multi-platform campaigns, monitor results objectively, and communicate findings to clients throughout execution.
- Build strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication and responsiveness while managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Identify communication gaps in effective altruism landscape, stay current with cause priorities, and share expertise to strengthen field capacity.
- Requires 5+ years professional services experience (management consulting preferred) and active engagement with effective altruism community; marketing experience helpful but not required. Fully remote, flexible hours, start July 2026.
