Mission
What you will drive
- Manage the implementation and refinement of GP MENAโs Engagement Strategy, including organizing, coordinating, and reviewing engagement programs.
- Lead the engagement department, fostering a collaborative team culture and ensuring strong integration with other departments.
- Define engagement objectives and KPIs for campaign projects, fundraising, and organizational goals.
- Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders across traditional and online media channels.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in marketing, advertising, communications, media studies, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of engagement experience in the I/NGO sector at a senior level, directly leading teams.
- Proven success in data-driven decision-making through effective analysis and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
