Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage the implementation and refinement of GP MENAโ€™s Engagement Strategy, including organizing, coordinating, and reviewing engagement programs.
  • Lead the engagement department, fostering a collaborative team culture and ensuring strong integration with other departments.
  • Define engagement objectives and KPIs for campaign projects, fundraising, and organizational goals.
  • Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders across traditional and online media channels.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, media studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of engagement experience in the I/NGO sector at a senior level, directly leading teams.
  • Proven success in data-driven decision-making through effective analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
