What you will drive
- Own the end-to-end customer journey from pre-close through installation, go-live, and long-term operations, ensuring a consistently excellent experience.
- Coordinate internal teams (Implementation, Customer Ops, Support, Sales) to keep customer projects on track and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain clear visibility of account status, health, and upcoming milestones for both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare for high-stakes interactions (QBRs, renewals, site visits) and ensure smooth handovers from sales to operations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4–8 years in customer success, customer project management, or a delivery-focused role with strong follow-through.
- Background in businesses deploying technology into physical operations (recycling, waste management, logistics, manufacturing).
- Exposure to SaaS or hardware-plus-software products; comfortable with data flows and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial instinct; experience working across EMEA markets.
