Mission
What you will drive
- Provide technical assistance for administrative litigation before state utility commissions and intervene in selected proceedings with local advocacy partners.
- Support state advocates in the southeast to advance energy affordability before utility commissions and legislators.
- Participate in a coalition of consumer advocates and develop partnerships in the region.
- Conduct research, writing, trainings, and public speaking on energy and utility issues.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Law degree from an accredited law school and at least 5 years of legal experience.
- Admission to the bar in good standing; ability to be admitted pro hac vice in southeastern states.
- Expertise in energy and utility issues and experience in administrative litigation before state utility commissions.
- Strong communication, writing, public speaking, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse coalitions.
