Employer Engagement and Education Specialist

• Plan and deliver innovative programming for Business Network members, including virtual educational presentations, networking forums, and disability inclusion training.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with members, providing information, resources, and real-time consulting.
• Deliver disability inclusion training sessions and consulting services for clients, tailoring content to meet specific needs.

This role empowers businesses to build inclusive workplaces for people with disabilities, directly contributing to workforce diversity and equity.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health, social sciences, or psychology.
• Minimum seven years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and/or DEI leadership within the private sector.
• Proven experience in membership management, business development, and training & consulting services.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
