Mission
What you will drive
- Represent Philadelphia Sinfonia at concerts, educational events, festivals, recruitment fairs, auditions, and community programs.
- Build relationships with private music teachers, school music directors, youth music organizations, and educational partners to expand recruitment and visibility.
- Coordinate outreach activities, maintain contact lists, track leads, and prepare reports.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in music, music education, education, arts administration, communications, marketing, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships and represent the organization publicly.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Evening and weekend availability; reliable transportation for travel throughout the Philadelphia region.
