Editor-in-Chief (Full Time, Remote)

• Set and communicate the long-term editorial vision for Pulso, leading day-to-day editorial operations across platforms.
• Drive audience growth and engagement by developing new original video series and creator-led formats.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the editorial team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Represent Pulso at conferences, industry events, and media appearances to build brand and partnerships.

This role shapes the narrative and civic engagement of Latino communities by creating culturally relevant content that connects U.S.-based Latinos with their history, encourages voter registration, and drives political participation.

• Minimum 5 years of leading digital media organizations.
• Demonstrated experience managing editorial staff including freelancers and cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z media consumption and proven success growing digital audiences.
• Expertise across social platforms and video storytelling, with excellent editorial judgment.

100% remote position with occasional travel every 2-3 months. Full-time role. COVID-19 safety protocols followed. Salary not specified.
