Mission
What you will drive
- Utilize and manage HubSpot to resolve tickets from Scale to Win clients, ensuring fast and high-quality support.
- Develop and improve client response channels, training materials, and enablement resources to empower users.
- Train new clients and support existing clients via Zoom during onboarding, including one-on-one and group sessions.
- Support Client Success Managers with day-to-day activities such as phone registrations and client communication.

Profile

- Strong commitment to progressive values and desire to help the left win.
- Knowledge and experience with texting and dialing tools and/or telephony industry; 1-2 cycles of experience as an organizer preferred.
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Drive, email ticketing, and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking skills, and high bias towards follow-through; comfort in fast-paced startup environments.
