Role details

Lead IDinsight's new Cost-Effectiveness Unit to help organizations optimize program efficiency and impact per dollar through rigorous economic analysis and organizational change.
- Build cost-effectiveness service offerings including audits, lean design, implementation support, and resource allocation tools across complex implementing organizations.
- Conduct cost-effectiveness analyses, facilitate intervention design workshops, and design cost monitoring systems enabling adaptive management and continuous improvement.
- Develop standardized methodologies, frameworks, and public goods including guides and case studies for sector-wide adoption.
- Master's minimum in economics or public policy plus 5+ years cost-effectiveness or cost-efficiency analysis experience, preferably in international development.
- Proven ability to translate economic analysis into operational decisions within large NGOs, governments, or multilaterals; proficiency in Stata or R and advanced Excel.
