Mission
What you will drive
- Define the Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPREP) strategy for all countries where ALIMA operates in collaboration with each mission.
- Assess the epidemic response capabilities of country teams to ensure operational readiness.
- Conduct exploratory missions to identify needs and evaluate intervention feasibility in new areas.
- Lead the launch of new projects, ensuring a smooth transition from assessment to active operations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role with an international NGO.
- Previous experience in high-risk security contexts and emergency settings.
- Medical or paramedical qualification required for medical and paramedical roles; HR, finance, or logistics qualification for support roles.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English is essential.
