Senior Software Engineer

• Design, manage, and optimize Azure Cosmos DB and MongoDB databases for large-scale, cloud-native systems.
• Build automation scripts for deployment, monitoring, and scaling of database infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to design data access layers and API integrations.

This role enables Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing to deliver next-generation laboratory information management systems, accelerating the development and quality assurance of life-saving pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals.

• 5–8 years in database engineering, architecture, or backend data systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Azure Cosmos DB and MongoDB in production.
• Deep understanding of Cosmos DB and MongoDB concepts such as partitioning, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
