Mission
What you will drive
- Assist in organization, coordination, planning, and execution of annual conference and/or online recordings.
- Serve as speaker liaison and provide technical support for recording and conference platform.
- Manage calendar invites, email, event marketing, and overall agenda and event schedule.
- Communicate with conference vendors and coordinate with Cure GM1; assemble and ship conference gift boxes for family attendees.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Nonprofit event planning and execution experience preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative communicator with exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Canva, Photoshop, GSuite, PowerPoint; very tech savvy with Zoom, webinar, and video conferencing event coordination required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a lean organization.
