Mission

What you will drive

  • Assist in organization, coordination, planning, and execution of annual conference and/or online recordings.
  • Serve as speaker liaison and provide technical support for recording and conference platform.
  • Manage calendar invites, email, event marketing, and overall agenda and event schedule.
  • Communicate with conference vendors and coordinate with Cure GM1; assemble and ship conference gift boxes for family attendees.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Nonprofit event planning and execution experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative communicator with exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Canva, Photoshop, GSuite, PowerPoint; very tech savvy with Zoom, webinar, and video conferencing event coordination required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a lean organization.
