Bilingual Consultancy for the Regional Adaptation of the Public Health in Emergencies (PHiE-A) Training Package – Americas Region

• Consolidate, adapt and translate available PHiE-A materials into a complete, bilingual (Spanish/English) training package for public health in emergencies in the Americas region.
• Provide subject-matter input and accompaniment to the virtual regional facilitator certification program to establish a roster of accredited PHiE-A facilitators.
• Accompany at least one country-level PHiE-A pilot training in a facilitator/course organizer role.

This consultancy strengthens National Societies' capacity to deliver quality, people-centered health services during crises, promoting localization and sustainable, locally-led emergency response in the Americas.

• Postgraduate qualification in public health.
• Demonstrated experience supporting National Societies' public health in emergencies response.
• Experience in training package design, adaptation, and capacity building.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Consultancy fee paid in three installments (30% upon completion of Outputs 1-2, 40% upon Outputs 3-4, 30% upon Outputs 5-7). Travel expenses for in-person events covered per IFRC regulations. Remote work with required travel for three events in the Americas region.
