What you will drive

Core responsibilities for this role include:

  • Support Australian and global clients on climate strategy, emissions accounting, and carbon markets including the Australian Carbon Credit Unit (ACCU) scheme
  • Work with the world's leading organizations to help solve challenging sustainability issues that clients face globally
  • Handle multiple project assignments with strict deadlines while working on large, complex, long-term projects
  • Understand complex numerical information and use it to tell a story in reports for clients

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary education in science, economics, finance, public policy, law, and/or engineering
  • Experience in or demonstrated interest in Australian climate policy and carbon markets through coursework, internships, research, or applied projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
