Mission

What you will drive

  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence assessments of six consortium partners in Kenya, Togo, Cameroon, and Zimbabwe.
  • Review legal status, governance, HR, financial management, procurement, asset management, and safeguarding systems.
  • Produce six individual due diligence reports and a consolidated summary report with risk ratings and actionable recommendations.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 7-10 yearsโ€™ experience in due diligence, audit, or compliance reviews.
  • Demonstrated experience in NGO/donor-funded environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, governance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and facilitation skills; familiarity with African civil society and womenโ€™s rights movements.
