Mission
What you will drive
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence assessments of six consortium partners in Kenya, Togo, Cameroon, and Zimbabwe.
- Review legal status, governance, HR, financial management, procurement, asset management, and safeguarding systems.
- Produce six individual due diligence reports and a consolidated summary report with risk ratings and actionable recommendations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 7-10 yearsโ experience in due diligence, audit, or compliance reviews.
- Demonstrated experience in NGO/donor-funded environments.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, governance, and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and facilitation skills; familiarity with African civil society and womenโs rights movements.
