Due Diligence Assessment Consultancy

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence assessments of six consortium partners in Kenya, Togo, Cameroon, and Zimbabwe.
• Review legal status, governance, HR, financial management, procurement, asset management, and safeguarding systems.
• Produce six individual due diligence reports and a consolidated summary report with risk ratings and actionable recommendations.

This assignment supports UAF-Africa’s commitment to strong financial stewardship and risk management, ensuring that funds reach women’s rights organizations effectively and responsibly, thereby advancing gender justice and human rights across Africa.

• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in due diligence, audit, or compliance reviews.
• Demonstrated experience in NGO/donor-funded environments.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, governance, and risk management frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and facilitation skills; familiarity with African civil society and women’s rights movements.

Consultancy contract for 20 non-consecutive days in June-July 2026. Compensation details not specified.
