Mission
What you will drive
- Manage controlled documents throughout their lifecycle, including review, approval, release, revision, and obsolescence.
- Process incoming records through validation, classification, indexing, and metadata maintenance.
- Perform quality control checks on documents and records for completeness and accuracy.
- Provide user support for the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and maintain access permissions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of related experience in a regulated industry (energy preferred, nuclear strongly preferred).
- Experience in both controlled documents and records management.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; Bachelor's preferred.
- Proficiency with EDMS systems (e.g., M-Files), Microsoft Word, Excel, and cloud-based apps.
