Mission
What you will drive
- Design, implement, and manage Tides' total rewards strategy including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across Tides Networks and Tides Center.
- Oversee People Operations, HRIS functionality, and workforce data integrity to support the employee lifecycle.
- Lead a team of three, providing mentorship and strategic direction while ensuring compliance with multi-state regulations.
- Develop workforce analytics and reporting to inform leadership decision-making on total rewards and employee experience.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years direct experience in total rewards with a bachelor's degree, or 10+ years without a degree; 4+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance (ERISA, ACA, FMLA, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred) and workforce analytics.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, justice, and JEDI principles.
