• Develop and execute clear, ambitious strategic plans to accelerate growth across priority market segments.
• Provide high-quality reporting on performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, inspire and grow high-performing regional teams, attracting top talent and supporting ongoing development and progression.
• Partner closely with Sales Leadership to design and deliver impactful, ongoing training that strengthens capability and performance across the organisation.

This role directly contributes to the global energy transition by accelerating the deployment of safe, durable vanadium flow batteries that enable renewable energy storage without limits, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and enhancing grid resilience.

• Bachelor’s degree candidates with an engineering background complemented by an MBA will be highly regarded.
• A proven track record of 10+ years in senior Commercial/Sales leadership within the energy sector ideally spanning solar, wind or storage.
• Exceptional technical insight combined with robust financial acumen specific to the UK energy market.
• Highly polished interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative approach that builds trust and drives alignment across stakeholders.
