Mission
What you will drive
- Build and lead Oklo's project insurance function, including strategy, procurement, and management of insurance programs across Power, Fuel, and Isotope business units.
- Establish project risk management frameworks, identify and assess risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Review contractual indemnities, liability provisions, and insurance requirements; support project development and financing activities.
- Manage external relationships with brokers, insurers, surety providers, and regulatory stakeholders.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of experience in risk management, insurance, infrastructure, energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of complex commercial insurance programs and risk financing structures.
- Experience supporting large-scale industrial, infrastructure, energy, or construction projects.
- Proven ability to build scalable risk frameworks and manage cross-functional teams; excellent executive communication skills.
