Director of Foundation Relations

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of foundations capable of 5-7+ figure gifts, developing and executing a comprehensive institutional giving strategy aligned with Crisis Text Line's mission and revenue goals.
• Lead cultivation and stewardship of foundation relationships, serving as primary contact with program officers and trustees, and oversee high-quality grant writing and reporting.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience coordinating input from program leaders and C-suite executives.
• Experience with Salesforce for moves management and pipeline tracking; familiarity with prospecting tools like Relationship Science preferred.
