Mission
What you will drive
- Lead fundraising strategy and donor cultivation, including managing a portfolio of mid- and major donors, shaping campaigns, and executing 3-4 robust fundraising campaigns per year.
- Oversee communications and audience growth across owned, earned, and paid channels, managing brand narrative, content creation, and media relations.
- Partner with the Executive Director on institutional and corporate fundraising, including grant writing and reporting.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 6+ years of experience in nonprofit development, communications, or a blend of both, with progressive responsibility.
- 3+ years of experience managing a portfolio of mid- and/or major donors, including direct cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-channel fundraising campaigns and developing editorial calendars across email and social channels.
- Excellent writing skills and strong project management abilities; self-directed and able to work in a remote team.
