Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead fundraising strategy and donor cultivation, including managing a portfolio of mid- and major donors, shaping campaigns, and executing 3-4 robust fundraising campaigns per year.
  • Oversee communications and audience growth across owned, earned, and paid channels, managing brand narrative, content creation, and media relations.
  • Partner with the Executive Director on institutional and corporate fundraising, including grant writing and reporting.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 6+ years of experience in nonprofit development, communications, or a blend of both, with progressive responsibility.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a portfolio of mid- and/or major donors, including direct cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-channel fundraising campaigns and developing editorial calendars across email and social channels.
  • Excellent writing skills and strong project management abilities; self-directed and able to work in a remote team.
