Mission
What you will drive
- Drive individual fundraising strategy by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding mid-level and major donors (five- to seven-figure range) to achieve annual revenue goals.
- Build and manage a portfolio of donors, with a focus on the tech community in the San Francisco Bay Area, through personalized engagement strategies.
- Lead special projects to increase revenue, support leadership in donor interactions, and shape development processes.
- Analyze fundraising data, test new tactics (e.g., collaborative pledges, donor salons), and adopt AI-powered tools to optimize revenue growth.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 6+ years of experience in fundraising, communications, or business development, including 3+ years of progressive direct fundraising and donor relationship management.
- Proven track record of activating donors and closing six-figure (minimum) gifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging high-value donors and prospects.
- Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce; ability to manage complex projects and iterate using data.
