Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and strengthen EPE's brand, voice, messaging, storytelling, and communications strategy across all internal and external audiences.
- Oversee creative, content, website, internal communications, public relations, and events functions to ensure consistent brand identity and alignment with business strategy.
- Drive employer brand strategy in partnership with HR and Talent Acquisition to position EPE as an employer of choice.
- Define and track performance metrics for brand awareness, content engagement, internal communications effectiveness, and event impact.
