Mission
What you will drive
- Lead business operations, data strategy, and operational infrastructure for the Resource Generation Branch, integrating gift administration, prospect management, and data operations.
- Oversee CRM strategy (Salesforce), data governance, analytics, dashboards, and reporting to provide actionable insights for fundraising leaders.
- Facilitate annual and multiyear revenue projections, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews to track KPIs and inform strategic decisions.
- Manage and develop teams in gift administration, prospect management, and data analysis to ensure cohesive, data-centric operations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising operations, data analysis, and business enablement in a complex nonprofit or comparable organization.
- Deep knowledge of fundraising operations across revenue streams (annual giving, major/principal gifts, institutional fundraising).
- Demonstrated experience leading CRM strategy, reporting, projections, KPI development, and data analysis for fundraising.
- Strong people management experience, including leading multi-team departments and developing managers.
