Director of Advancement Operations and Data Analysis

• Lead business operations, data strategy, and operational infrastructure for the Resource Generation Branch, integrating gift administration, prospect management, and data operations.
• Oversee CRM strategy (Salesforce), data governance, analytics, dashboards, and reporting to provide actionable insights for fundraising leaders.
• Facilitate annual and multiyear revenue projections, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews to track KPIs and inform strategic decisions.
• Manage and develop teams in gift administration, prospect management, and data analysis to ensure cohesive, data-centric operations.

This role enables Partners In Health to maximize fundraising effectiveness, ensuring resources reach the most vulnerable communities worldwide, thereby advancing global health equity and social justice.

• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising operations, data analysis, and business enablement in a complex nonprofit or comparable organization.
• Deep knowledge of fundraising operations across revenue streams (annual giving, major/principal gifts, institutional fundraising).
• Demonstrated experience leading CRM strategy, reporting, projections, KPI development, and data analysis for fundraising.
• Strong people management experience, including leading multi-team departments and developing managers.
