Director HR Business Partner, North America (remote)

• Set and implement the HR roadmap for the product line in alignment with global business unit and North America HUB people strategy.
• Partner with factory HR Business Partners to oversee talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
• Build performance culture, KPIs, and targets to enhance business performance.
• Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and action planning.

This role drives the people strategy for Hitachi Energy's Insulation & Components business, ensuring the organization has the talent and culture to deliver sustainable energy solutions that improve power quality and network management.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, labor law, organizational behavior, or business-related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR Business Partner experience, including manufacturing and leadership roles.
• Experience in a global, multinational matrix environment.
• Strong track record in organizational and talent development, strategic mindset, and influencing skills.
