Mission

What you will drive

  • Establish, coordinate, and lead a grid resilience consulting services offering that strengthens and augments EPEโ€™s Utilitiesโ€™ consulting services.
  • Monitor and assess the evolving grid resilience landscape, engage with clients and stakeholders, and represent EPE in strategic industry forums.
  • Perform market analysis to identify client needs, develop service lines, and create a 12โ€“18 month roadmap for market presence and revenue growth.
  • Lead development of a 5-year business model for the resilience practice, including growth scenarios and capability investments.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 12+ years of experience in the electric power sector including resilience planning, reliability planning, regulatory compliance, and transmission/distribution planning.
  • Proven track record of launching successful technical services and leading technical and sales teams.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and independent critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with utilities, RTOs, ISOs, and industry stakeholders.
