Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the Global Partnerships Team accountable for generating $6M in private funding across major gifts, foundation, corporate, and event giving.
- Manage an assigned portfolio and raise funds for special initiatives like Alightโs Health Equity Collective, Future Ground, and Emergency Response, with a personal annual revenue target of $2M+.
- Develop and refine fundraising strategy, case materials, and messaging; attend 6โ10 major global events annually to convert introductions into pipeline opportunities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development with demonstrated success closing major gifts, multi-year grants, or significant philanthropic partnerships.
- Proven track record of raising $2M+ annually from a combination of individual donors, family foundations, and corporations.
- Existing relationships with philanthropists and HNWI networks; experience representing an organization at major global events.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; deep understanding of moves management and CRM systems (Raiserโs Edge a bonus).
