What you will drive

  • Own the multi-year platform roadmap for FP&A and financial systems, aligned to Finance transformation priorities and business needs.
  • Oversee change management, release governance, and SOX controls compliance for financial systems.
  • Lead, develop, and grow a team of systems analysts, model builders, and data engineers.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders on systems matters, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A systems, financial planning technology, or EPM/CPM platforms; 3+ years in people management or team leadership.
  • Deep hands-on experience with leading FP&A platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, OneStream, Planful, or Oracle EPM).
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and close cycles.
  • Experience managing data integrations between financial systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).
