What you will drive

  • Lead the strategic growth of Active Minds' peer-to-peer and community fundraiser engagement, workplace giving, and employee engagement programs.
  • Oversee large-scale fundraising events, including a 300+ person gala in Washington, DC, securing a minimum of $350,000 annually.
  • Manage a portfolio of community fundraisers, cultivate donor relationships, and coordinate cross-departmental projects to mobilize youth and young adults.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years of related experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a combination of direct fundraising and transferable experience.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience and 3+ years of event planning or peer-to-peer fundraising experience.
  • Demonstrated success in soliciting sponsorships or contributions of $10,000+.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft & Google products, Salesforce or other databases, and project management tools.
